TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Verdant Solar Referral Campaign is organised by Verdant Solar Malaysia. This campaign will commence from (13 December  2022 – 15 January 2023). Verdant Solar Malaysia reserves the right to change the contest period at any time without notifying participants. 
2. This campaign is open to all residents of Malaysia, aged 18 years old and above; but limited to existing customers who have purchased any product(s) from Verdant Solar Malaysia only.
3. Permanent and/or contract employees of Organiser and/or their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers, and sisters) and/or Advertising & promotion agents and vendors who are directly involved with this Contest shall not be eligible to participate in this contest. 
4. This campaign will run from 13 December 2022 – 15 January 2023. 
5. Participants must follow the step(s) below as valid entries in the campaign.
   
   Step 1: (1) Participants need to fill up the referee’s information at the provided link   (https://verdantsolar.my/referral-program-bonus/) OR
   (2) Provide the referee’s information to the participant’s dedicated Verdant Solar Malaysia sales representative.
   
   Step 2: Participants are compelled to state their names during filling up the referral’s information.

    

6. The referrer would be selected based on criteria determined by Verdant Solar Malaysia at its sole and absolute discretion. 
7. There are no winners in this campaign.
8. We will notify the referrer via private message on the contest page. We may ask for your personal information for verification purposes and/or to arrange for delivery. 
9. The referrer is responsible to respond to the notification and provide their details (Full name, date of birth, contact number, mailing address and email address) within seven working days from the date of the winner announcement. Failure to do so would be considered forfeited or disposed of at the discretion of Verdant Solar Malaysia. 
10. Verdant Solar Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify or reject, at its sole absolute discretion, any participants and/or revoke or forfeit any prizes at any stage of the Contest. 
11. The referrer will be rewarded with up to RM1,000 cash (RM500 is rewarded for system size < 6.75kwp | RM1000 is rewarded for system size > 6.75kwp). 
12. An extra RM600 cash will be rewarded only when referrer is able to invite 3 referees to purchase Verdant Solar Home. The total cash to be received from referrer will be up to RM3,600 (depending on the solar system size).
13. The referrer will only be rewarded when the referee signs up for Verdant Solar Home, paid an RM1000 deposit within 90 days, and purchase the Verdant Solar Home after paying a deposit. 
14. If participants are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this contest, Verdant Solar Malaysia reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws. 
15. This contest and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle all disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with or in relation to this contest. 
16. Verdant Solar Malaysia reserves the right at all times to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions of this contest or to cancel it with immediate effect without giving any prior notice to any party
