We are currently looking for go-getters to join our team to help us with:

• Create and curate engaging content for multiple social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement (Instagram and Tiktok).
• Design visually appealing posters for social media campaigns and event promotions to attract and retain audience attention.
• Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative ideas to optimize our online presence and drive brand growth.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Media, Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proficient understanding of social media platforms, trends, and graphic design software.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate compelling content and captivating visuals.
• Excellent written communication skills to effectively convey brand messages across social media channels.
• Familiarity with social media management tools for scheduling, analytics, and monitoring.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve brand objectives.

We are currently looking for go-getters to join our team to help us with:

• Manage CRM & Data: Maintain and update customer records to ensure complete accuracy within the Master Lead Board and CRM workflow.
• Deliver Fast Customer Service: Monitor and respond to customer enquiries through Response.io within set turnaround times.
• Drive Engagement & Referrals: Conduct structured outreach via WhatsApp, phone calls, and digital communication channels to activate customers and encourage participation in engagement programs.
• Analyze & Optimize: Assist in analyzing customer engagement patterns to help the team better understand customer behavior and optimize conversion rates across all touchpoints.
• Process Improvement: Participate in small process-improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks in the engagement funnel.
• Support Marketing Operations: Support weekly reporting efforts to ensure clear visibility of progress across the Marketing team.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Good analytical abilities with the capability to evaluate data and market trends.
• Passionate about business with a foundational understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Adaptable to change with a proactive willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset and a collaborative team attitude. 
• Comfortable with structured work, digital tools, and basic tracking systems (Excel, Respond.io, Monday.com).

We are currently looking for a go-getter to join our People & Culture team! Your role is to be the engine of our intern talent pipeline and the on-the-ground ambassador of our employer brand!

Talent Acquisition (50%)

• Assist the Recruitment Cycle: Assist the full cycle of intern/executive hiring process, including job posting, CV screening, talent management, interviewing, and scheduling.
• Proactive Talent Sourcing: Act as a talent scout by actively headhunting candidates across various platforms to help the team build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.

Employer Branding & Strategic Partnerships (50%)

• LinkedIn Account Management: Spearhead the growth of our official LinkedIn presence by strategizing, creating, and publishing engaging content while actively monitoring key performance metrics.
• Campus Relations & Community Initiatives: Cultivate strategic relationships with universities to drive campus partnerships, career fairs, and CSR projects, while leveraging internal events to amplify our external talent brand.
• Milestone Celebrations & Culture Advocacy: Engage with team members during key career milestones to celebrate their achievements, capturing their authentic stories and feedback on our company job boards.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively balance recruitment tasks, employer branding initiatives, and workplace experience support.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and people-oriented, with the adaptability to quickly learn new digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Monday.com, AI tools, and job portals).

• Design Proposals: Collaborate on the creation of design proposals for grid-connected solar system projects, encompassing system components tailored for residential and commercial buildings.
• CAD Design: Aid in the creation of PV layout, electrical single-line diagrams, panel schedules, and connection diagrams for solar electric systems using CAD software in alignment with the company’s requirements and guidelines.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare technical documents and drawings for tender submissions, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (experience with other 2D or 3D CAD software is a plus).
• Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, mentors, and cross-functional departments.
• Basic understanding of engineering design principles, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
