1. What is Refer2Earn 2.0 Program?

Every word of mouth and referral is precious to us. As a token of appreciation to existing customers who refer the system to your friends, you will be rewarded accordingly as below. The Refer2Earn 2.0 Program, starting in 1st June 2023, will continue until further notice.

2. What does Free Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services include?

 

The Operation & Maintenance service includes solar panels washing, wiring checking and checking of overall performance of your Solar Home system. It does not include changing of parts out of warranty period. You may be in touch with our CX team at 03-58888896 to schedule for your O&M appointment.

 

3. Is there an expiry date to the Free Operation & Maintenance (O&M) service?

Yes, this Free O&M service needs to be redeemed within 2 years from date issued.

4. How can I join Refer2Earn 2.0 campaign?

Kindly login to https://www.verdantsolar.my/referral/ and provide your friend’s name and contact number in the referral form.

 

5. When will I get my reward?

Upon receiving 50% payment from the friend you have referred, you will be receiving the referral cash reward within Thirty (30) working days.

6. Who is eligible to join Refer2Earn 2.0 campaign?

Eligible Introducer

 

1. In order to participate in Verdant Solar’s Referral Program (the “Refer2Earn Program”), Referrals can only be counted as valid if they are completed by:

a) Filling out the online referral form available at https://verdantsolar.my/referral-program/. OR through Verdant Solar CX app at https://booking.verdantsolar.my/referral.

b) The referral must be communicated to a Verdant Solar employee or through official Verdant Solar social media platforms or the Verdant Solar referral website BEFORE the referred individual initiates contact with Verdant Solar through any other method in the preceding 6 months.

Eligible Introducee

 

  1. This campaign is open for individuals who are 21 years old and above
  2. This campaign starts from 1st June 2023 till further notice. 
  3. Have a residential address in Peninsular Malaysia & interested to sign up Solar PV system with Verdant Solar
  4. Yet to purchase a Solar Home system with Verdant Solar

Eligibility and Referral Process

 

1. In order to participate in Verdant Solar’s Referral Program (the “Refer2Earn Program”), Referrals can only be counted as valid if they are completed by:

a) Filling out the online referral form available at
https://verdantsolar.my/referral-program/. OR through Verdant Solar CX app at https://booking.verdantsolar.my/referral.

b) The referral must be communicated to a Verdant Solar employee or through official Verdant Solar social media platforms or the Verdant Solar referral website BEFORE the referred individual initiates contact with Verdant Solar through any other method in the preceding 6 months.

Ineligible Referrals

 

1. Referrals will not be eligible to receive the Referral Reward if the Referred Individual:

2. Provided referral information to Verdant Solar through means other than those mentioned above, including but not limited to Google Ads, social media, or the Verdant Solar website.

 

3. Already has an existing or prior relationship with Verdant Solar, regardless of the nature or status of that relationship.

 

4. Has previously been referred to Verdant Solar through the Refer2Earn Program.

 7. Can I enjoy the benefits of multiple ongoing campaigns in Verdant Solar?

No, you can only choose to join one (1) campaign conducted by Verdant Solar one at a time for each system signed up.

8. General Terms & Conditions

Verdant Solar reserves the right to (at its own discretion) disqualify any participant and/or withhold or confiscate in full or part any Campaign promotion or Substitute Gift if:
a) the participant is found to be, or reasonably suspected of participating in any form of fraudulent practices (including but not limited to false identities, doctoring images, wilful spamming or manipulation of any Verdant Solar’s processes, or website);
and/or

b) the redemption request is found to have been made via other channels, made outside of the Redemption Period, or are fraudulent, against the spirit of the Campaign, or non-compliant with the Campaign terms and conditions.

c) the participant is unable to perform payment according to timeframe depicted in proposal

In the event of disputes, Verdant Solar’s decision shall be final.

Where we suspect a participant is participating in any form of unlawful and/or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to report such activity or suspicions to the police or relevant authorities.

Participating in this Campaign does not guarantee the approval of SEDA application.

 

Payment paid is not refundable should customer decide to cancel the application or halt installation after receiving the gift of the giveaway campaign.

 

Verdant Solar reserves the right as it deems fit to vary or change any of these Campaign terms and conditions from time to time or cancel, terminate, withdraw, suspend and/or replace this Campaign with another similar Campaign with prior notice. Such variation, changes, cancellation, termination, withdrawal, suspension and/or replacement will be notified by posting on Verdant Solar’s website, social media or in any other manner as Verdant Solar deems fit

We’re looking for a Social Media Executive to join our team! You will be in charge of all our social media platforms. Storyboarding content, creating engagement and overall making our company brand look WOW!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain various social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, GIFs, and more.
  • Develop a content calendar and ensure consistent posting across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
  • Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to design graphics for social media posts, ads, and promotions.
  • Ensure that all visual content aligns with our brand identity and style guidelines.
  • Edit and produce video content for social media, including short clips, promotional videos, and tutorials.
  • Monitor social media analytics and track the performance of content.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing content strategies based on data-driven analysis.
  • Undertake ad-hoc operational tasks as given by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
  • Education: Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Demonstrate a track record in social media, marketing, or graphic design roles, supported by a robust portfolio showcasing social media proficiency.
  • Technical Skills: Exhibit proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools) and possess a solid grasp of design principles and practices.
  • Branding Understanding: Possess a strong understanding of branding strategies and the ability to translate brand identity into visual elements and messaging.
  • Communication Skills: Display excellent communication and collaboration abilities to effectively liaise with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
