  • Up to RM 5,000 monthly basic allowance and lucrative incentives.;
  • Creates new sales leads & potential business development opportunities to grow the company;
  • Customer centricity is key, focuses on understanding customers' need and resolve their pain points;
  • Establishes contact and maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements;

Job Requirements
1. Candidate can be from any related field. Having qualifications in Engineering is value added.

4. Fresh graduates with a good attitude and driven for numbers are welcomed to apply. Prior experience in sales field will be an added advantage.

  6. Cold call over the phone, email, and in person and ensure excellent after sales service and communication with customers

 

Project Engineer

Job Descriptions
  • Perform general maintenance tasks including electrical system & building wiring & changing of breakers etc.
  • Conduct periodic quality check on building equipment linked to solar systems to ensure everything is working effectively
  • To supervise overall site matters, manpower and liaise with sub-contractors etc including coordinating progress meeting & liaise with clients, sub-contractors & other professional associates.
  • To record all site matters and changes for documentation purposes
  • Liaise with project team and other relevant parties to resolve construction issues or design matters promptly within expected timeframe.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Train and audit new installers to perform rooftop installations
Job Requirements
  1. Possess at least a Professional Certification, Diploma / Degree in Engineering
  2. At least 2 years in proven experience in handling and supervising site installations
  3. English proficiency, both spoken and written, must be good enough to not make ears and eyes bleed
  4. Great team and communication skills is a must
  5. Ability to prioritize assignments, and work successfully in a startup environment

Customer Experience Specialist

Job Description

  • Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints;
  • Tracking and analysing customer encounters to identify errors, inconsistencies, and possible areas of improvement;
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications;
  • Documenting processes as well as customer compliments and complaints;
  • Liaise with internal teams such as marketing, sales, project, operation, finance, etc. to ensure that gaps in the customer experience - irrespective of where they occur in the journey - are plugged;
  • This is more than just customer service, you will be continuously adding value and finding ways to surprise and delight customers; and
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

Business Operation Executive

Job Descriptions

  • Applying and handling applications of documents such as MIDA, SEDA, TNB and ensuring highest accuracy within the required timeframe;
  • Following up on applications and submissions to MIDA, SEDA, and TNB;
  • Cooperating with peers to ensure timely and accurate handover of project from project team to operations and customer experience team; 
  • Travelling to government offices to submit documents (only for BOE who handles TNB submissions);
  • Arranging for handover of customer handover box in timely manner; and
  • Undertake ad-hoc operation tasks as given by supervisor

Job Requirements

  1. Detail-oriented
  2. Like to get things done accurately the first time round
  3. Own your own mode of transportation (only for BOE who handles TNB submissions)
  4. Ability to work effectively under pressure
  5. Computer literate in Microsoft Suite
  6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Honest, ethical and, dependable
  8. Positive and go-getter attitude.

 

Talent and Culture Executive

Job Description

  • Handle full set of talent acquisition / recruitment function; 
  • Assist in orientation and the entire onboarding journey of new employees;
  • Constantly study and improve effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques;
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees;
  • Assist in company engagement, training, and culture-building activities;
  • Assist in the day-to-day efficient operation of the human resource department;
  • Ensure employees understand and comply with HR policies;
  • Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure people are properly connected;
  • Maintain and update employees' personal information in a personal file and payroll system;
  • Monitor employee progress and stay abreast of company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive; 
  • Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues; and
  • Any other responsibilities assigned from immediate superior and the Company from time to time.

Job Requirements

  1. 2-3 years of technical experience in Human Resources / Recruitment.
  2. A human resources practitioner with good interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect people regarding all HR matters.
  3. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  4. Attentive listener, understanding, empathetic and personable.
  5. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any other related courses.
  6. Computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and HR software programs.

Senior Account Executive

Job Description

  • Review and process supplier invoices for general ledger data entries.
  • Plan supplier payments according to payment terms, as well as monthly recurring expenses.
  • Reconcile supplier statements, credit card and bank accounts on a regular basis.
  • Perform month end accounts closing with appropriate journal entries.
  • Monitor company’s cash flow to ensure adequate funds to pay out expenses, search for available channels to get new funds when needed.
  • Monitor expenses to align with budget.
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain team for material ordering.
  • Produce monthly management reporting with analysis.
  • Assist ad-hoc admin tasks from time to time (minimal).

Job Requirement

  1. Understanding the principles of finance, accounting and bookkeeping.
  2. Superb time management skills and detail orientation.
  3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in order to complete assigned duties.
  4. Associates bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalents. 
  5. Experience in full set accounting
  6. Possess report analytical skills

Brand and Marketing Executive

Job Description:

  • Develop integrated marketing plans from product launches, promotions and media engagement to grow and build brand leadership
  • Develop & Lead digital and social media strategies to increase brand engagement
  • Analyse social media metrics and make improvements to be better at them.
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
  • Manage & monitor the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms to ensure effectiveness and brand growth.
  • Generate creative materials, templates, and collateral.
  • Implement brand & brand communication plans.
  • Monitor product quality, design, and brand alignment.
  • Be “hands on“ and independently lead the brand by working closely with cross functional teams from sales team, finance team, customer experience team, project team, and operation team to achieve brand objectives

Job Requirements:

  1. Having skills in video making and video editing are added advantage
  2. Knowledge in graphic software - Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma is added advantage
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Detail oriented and self initiator
  5. Ability to understand and work with brand guidelines
