- Cold call over the phone, email, and in person and ensure excellent after sales service and communication with customers
Project Engineer
- Perform general maintenance tasks including electrical system & building wiring & changing of breakers etc.
- Conduct periodic quality check on building equipment linked to solar systems to ensure everything is working effectively
- To supervise overall site matters, manpower and liaise with sub-contractors etc including coordinating progress meeting & liaise with clients, sub-contractors & other professional associates.
- To record all site matters and changes for documentation purposes
- Liaise with project team and other relevant parties to resolve construction issues or design matters promptly within expected timeframe.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Train and audit new installers to perform rooftop installations
- Possess at least a Professional Certification, Diploma / Degree in Engineering
- At least 2 years in proven experience in handling and supervising site installations
- English proficiency, both spoken and written, must be good enough to not make ears and eyes bleed
- Great team and communication skills is a must
- Ability to prioritize assignments, and work successfully in a startup environment

Job Description
- Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints;
- Tracking and analysing customer encounters to identify errors, inconsistencies, and possible areas of improvement;
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications;
- Documenting processes as well as customer compliments and complaints;
- Liaise with internal teams such as marketing, sales, project, operation, finance, etc. to ensure that gaps in the customer experience - irrespective of where they occur in the journey - are plugged;
- This is more than just customer service, you will be continuously adding value and finding ways to surprise and delight customers; and

Job Descriptions
- Applying and handling applications of documents such as MIDA, SEDA, TNB and ensuring highest accuracy within the required timeframe;
- Following up on applications and submissions to MIDA, SEDA, and TNB;
- Cooperating with peers to ensure timely and accurate handover of project from project team to operations and customer experience team;
- Travelling to government offices to submit documents (only for BOE who handles TNB submissions);
- Arranging for handover of customer handover box in timely manner; and

- Handle full set of talent acquisition / recruitment function;
- Assist in orientation and the entire onboarding journey of new employees;
- Constantly study and improve effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques;
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees;
- Assist in company engagement, training, and culture-building activities;
- Assist in the day-to-day efficient operation of the human resource department;

Senior Account Executive
Job Description
- Review and process supplier invoices for general ledger data entries.
- Plan supplier payments according to payment terms, as well as monthly recurring expenses.
- Reconcile supplier statements, credit card and bank accounts on a regular basis.
- Perform month end accounts closing with appropriate journal entries.
- Monitor company’s cash flow to ensure adequate funds to pay out expenses, search for available channels to get new funds when needed.
- Monitor expenses to align with budget.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain team for material ordering.
- Produce monthly management reporting with analysis.

- Develop integrated marketing plans from product launches, promotions and media engagement to grow and build brand leadership
- Develop & Lead digital and social media strategies to increase brand engagement
- Analyse social media metrics and make improvements to be better at them.
- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
- Manage & monitor the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms to ensure effectiveness and brand growth.
- Generate creative materials, templates, and collateral.
- Implement brand & brand communication plans.
- Monitor product quality, design, and brand alignment.
