• Fielding Inbound Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries professionally through various channels, provide information, and route queries as needed.
• Resolving After-Sales Issues: Take ownership of customer concerns, investigate, collaborate for solutions, and maintain communication for issue resolution.
• Activating Solar PV Systems: Oversee system activation, quality checks, and customer instructions for smooth operations.
• Collecting Feedback from Customers: Proactively gather and analyze customer feedback and contribute to improving products and services.
• Assist in Documenting SOPs: Collaborate to create and update standard operating procedures, focusing on clarity and compliance.
• Prepare and Generate Solar System Performance Reports: Create timely and detailed performance reports, analyze data, and present findings effectively.
• Assist in Ensuring Internal SOPs are Up-to-Date: Participate in reviewing and updating internal procedures, emphasizing customer-centric approaches.

Event Coordination and Execution:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing promotional events, loyalty program gatherings, and other related events.
• Coordinate with vendors, event locations, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event management.
• Support on-site event logistics, including set-up, registration, attendee management, and post-event cleanup.

Loyalty Program Support:

• Assist in analyzing program metrics to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
• Support creating and distributing loyalty program communications, such as newsletters, emails, or event invitations.

Marketing Support:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event promotional materials, including brochures, banners, and digital content.
• Assist in tracking event ROI and other performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of event marketing strategies.
• Support other marketing initiatives, such as project management, content creation, and social media marketing related to events.

• Coordinating with clients to plan and schedule O&M services and supervise on-site tasks while ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
• Conduct thorough quality checks and evaluations following O&M activities to guarantee optimal performance.
• Prepare comprehensive O&M reports post-service, detailing all information and findings.
• Strategically plan and schedule backlog resolutions for kWh Meter-related issues.
• Monitor plant alarms daily and assist with technical support as needed.
• Provide technical support remotely or on-site as required to address any arising issues promptly.
• Provide training to staff and end users on proper operation and maintenance.
• Coordinate warranty claims and repairs with equipment manufacturers or suppliers when necessary.
• Research and implement improvements to O&M processes and procedures.
• Fulfill ad hoc assignments assigned by Supervisors with efficiency and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist to conduct site visits / audits and meeting to collect structural, electrical and related design information for design of solar power system;
• Assist to design proposals for grid-connected solar system projects including system components, for residential and commercial buildings;
• Assist to create PV layout, electrical single line diagram, panel schedules or connection diagram for solar electric system using CAD software aligned to company’s needs and direction;
• Prepare technical documents and drawings for tender submission and compiling;
• Assisting in warehousing operations time to time when needed;
